Ran out of oil, typically, just before the coldest week of the year. 5 days later, when Certas finally delivered, the boiler wouldn't fire up, and we were facing another freezing weekend with no heating. I left a message with AZtech at 8.30am on Saturday. Nathan called back about 20 minutes later, and fit us in for later that morning. After an hour or so of careful diagnosis, he identified and fixed the problem - and we were saved! Very professional, efficient and polite - and very reasonable invoice despite it being a weekend emergency call-out. Many thanks

Excellent service from Nathan and AZtech Plumbing. After a site visit and some very sound product advice, a new boiler was installed 3 days later and he worked until 8pm on a Friday to complete the work as we had family arriving for the weekend. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Fitted a new boiler in because old one was over 20 years old and didn't work that well. Aztec was recommended! Nathan was very professional tidy and on time also very knowledgeable and helpful. Will use again.

Aztech plumbing - Nathan - came when he said he would, assessed the problem, got the bit for the repair when he said he would, returned and made the repair quickly. He was held up a little by getting the required part which is par for the course these day. He was polite and answered any questions I had. Charged a reasonable rate. Would certainly use him again.
